在十七大报告中,我党正式将“科学发展”作为中国政治、经济、文化发展的总指导思想,思想政治教育在新的历史时期的科学发展,就是思想政治教育观念、内容、方式、体制、模式等各个方面充分适应现代社会发展和人的发展需要,并积极促进社会发展和人的发展的改革、转变。当前,建筑企业思想政治工作也面临着新的机遇与挑战。要逐步建立完善思想政治工作机制,增强建筑企业思想政治工作的针对性和灵活性,围绕企业中心工作,充分发挥思想政治工作的对企业持续快速健康发展的协调促进作用。
