目的探讨临床常见恶性血液病血清中叶酸、维生素B_(12)、铁蛋白的表达水平及意义。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法检测186例恶性血液病患者血清FA、维生素B_(12)、FERR的表达水平,其中58例急性髓系白血病(AML组),15例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL组),19例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML组),9例慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL组),30例骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS组),19例多发性骨髓瘤(MM组),17非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL组),19例骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN组)。分别与60例健康对照者比较。结果除MDS组外,其余七组叶酸均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05;AML组ALL组CML组MM组NHL组MPN组中维生素B_(12)均高于对照组,而CLL组MDS组与对照组表达差异无统计学意义;铁蛋白除CLL组及MPN组外,其余组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清FA、维生素B_(12)、FERR表达水平在常见八种恶性血液病患者中表达具有一定差异及意义,检测方法简单有效。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of folic acid, vitamin B_ (12) and ferritin in patients with common hematologic malignancies and their significance. Methods The serum levels of FA, B 12 and FERR were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay in 186 patients with hematological malignancies, including 58 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and 15 acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) , 19 chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), 9 chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), 30 myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), 19 multiple myeloma (MM), 17 non-Hodgkin’s Gold lymphoma (NHL group) and 19 myeloproliferative tumors (MPN group). Respectively, compared with 60 healthy controls. Results In addition to the MDS group, the remaining seven groups of folic acid were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); AML group ALL group CML MML NHL group MPN group vitamin B 12 were higher than the control group There was no significant difference in the expression of MDS between the CLL group and the control group. The levels of ferritin in the CLL group and the MPN group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of FA, B 12 and FERR in serum of patients with malignant hematological diseases are different from each other. The detection methods are simple and effective.
