面对新房项目越来越少,许多消费者将购房的目光转向了二手房。二手房优越的位置、低于一手房的价格,吸引了众多购房人的眼球。然而,买二手房所支付的高额中介费以及过程中所遭遇的种种黑幕,的确给购房人添了不少堵。2007年,新年伊始,二手房市场高额的佣金制受到了“叁仟制”一票通关的挑战。由北京利多房地产顾问有限公司推出的“叁仟制”的运营模式即将给买卖二手房的消费者带来欣喜和实惠,从而享受到全程廉价、优质的服务。然而,“叁仟制”在京入市在二手房市场却掀起了轩然大波,各种看法纷至沓来,对二手房交易“叁仟制”的运营模式各界人士看法不一。
