生态补偿机制是一种新型的资源环境管理模式,是新时期我国生态环境保护政策创新的重要内容。建立和完善生态补偿机制是我国落实科学发展观、实现人与自然和谐的重要战略选择。伊春国有林区为推动生态补偿机制进行了积极探索。
Ecological compensation mechanism is a new type of resource and environment management model, which is an important part of the innovation of ecological and environmental protection policies in the new era. Establishing and perfecting the ecological compensation mechanism is an important strategic choice for our country to implement the scientific concept of development and realize the harmony between man and nature. Yichun State-owned Forest Area has actively explored ways to promote ecological compensation mechanism.
