对６０名无牙颌患者的１２０副全口义齿进行恻方平衡效果的自身对照研究，结果表明：球而板与平面板两法排牙具有显著性差异（左为平衡侧Ｐ＜０．００５），右为平衡侧Ｐ＜０．００１），前者效果明显优于后者，在已获得三点、多点、完全接触的侧方平衡类别构成上，差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。可认为球面板排牙比较容易获得侧方黠平衡，但在平衡的完善程度上与平面板无明显差异。经检测，球面板排牙义齿横曲线形态圆滑、对称，优于平面板排牙的义齿
