中国艺术研究院中国版画院成立庆典暨揭牌仪式于2013年4月25日在中国艺术研究院隆重举行。中国艺术研究院院长、中国非物质文化遗产保护中心主任王文章,原中国美协分党组书记、常务副主席、中国版画家协会主席王琦.中国艺术研究院副院长、研究生院院长田黎明.中国艺术研究副院长吕品田,院长助理、文化发展战略研究中心主任贾磊磊,中国书画家协会主席、原中国国际文化交流中心美术部主任王炜等美术界的画家和专家学者,以及《中国文化报》、《文艺报》、《美术观察》、《艺术评论》、《美术》等新闻媒体的记者共五十多人出席了此次揭牌仪式。王文章与王琦共同为中国版画院的成立揭牌,王文章给中国版画院名誉院长、院长、顾问委员颁发了聘书,田黎明为中国版画院副院长、研究员颁发了聘书。

Together with Wang Qi and Wang Qi, they unveiled the establishment of the Chinese printmaking academy. Wang Wenzhang presented a letter of appointment to the honorary president, president and adviser to the Chinese Printmaking Academy. Tian Liming issued a letter of appointment for the vice president and researcher of Chinese printmaking academy.
