目的 探讨甲状腺核素显像表现为摄取放射性99mTc功能增强与疾病之间的关系。方法 利用SPECT显像仪行甲状腺核素显像 ,对 12 80例显像表现为摄取放射性99mTc功能增强 ,且有完整临床资料的病例进行归类、分析。结果 显像表现为摄取放射性99mTc功能增强的疾病 ,主要有Graves病、药物性甲低、早期桥本甲状腺炎及体积较大的功能自主性甲状腺瘤。结论 摄取放射性99mTc功能增强的影像现象 ,可以是多种甲状腺疾病核素显像的共同表现 ,缺乏特异性 ,其产生的原因不完全相同 ,必须把核素显像与临床症状、体征及多项实验室检查的结果结合起来分析 ,才能提高甲状腺疾病的诊断符合率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid radionuclide imaging and the uptake of radioactive 99m Tc. Methods Thyroid radionuclide scintigraphy was performed on SPECT imaging system. 1280 cases with enhanced radiological 99mTc imaging were enrolled, and the cases with complete clinical data were classified and analyzed. Results The imaging manifestations of uptake of radioactive 99mTc enhanced function of the disease, there are Graves disease, drug hypothyroidism, early Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and bulky functional autonomic thyroid tumor. Conclusions The imaging phenomenon of uptake of radioactive 99mTc may be a common manifestation of radionuclide imaging of many thyroid diseases. The reason for its lack of specificity is not exactly the same. Imaging of radionuclide with clinical symptoms, signs and multiple items Laboratory tests combined with the results of analysis in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid disease.
