研究了二苯乙烯荧光蓝-S荧光猝灭测定微量锌(Ⅱ)的实验条件.在pH6.0的H3PO4-H3BO3-HAc-NaOH缓冲溶液中,试剂的最大激发波长λex=367nm,最大荧光发射波长λem=457nm;Zn(Ⅱ)与试剂生成的1∶2的配合物使试剂的荧光强度减弱;利用荧光猝灭法测定微量锌(Ⅱ),线性范围为0~0.8μg/10ml;方法用于测定食品中、人发中的微量锌(Ⅱ),结果满意.
The experimental conditions for the determination of trace zinc (Ⅱ) with stilbene blue-S fluorescence quenching were studied. In pH 6.0 H3PO4-H3BO3-HAc-NaOH buffer solution, the maximum excitation wavelength λex = 367nm, the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength λem = 457nm; the complex of Zn (Ⅱ) The fluorescence intensity was weakened. The trace zinc (Ⅱ) was detected by fluorescence quenching with a linear range of 0 ~ 0.8μg / 10ml. The method was applied to the determination of trace zinc (Ⅱ) in food and human hair with satisfactory results.
