最近屡见报载我国已与某些外国公司签好合同,利用外资兴建30——50层高的高楼建筑群。外国报纸都强调这将是“中国四个现代化的标志”。但我认为这样建起来的高楼并不能代表四个现代化的成果,而只能象征四个现代化的过渡时期的里程碑,是一个要人警惕的纪念碑。警惕什么?它告诉中国人民,“四人帮”的那一套是永世不能再履行了;它告诉中国人民要努力迎头赶上,有一天我们要由自己的建筑师,自己的钱,自己的材料来建起一个真正代表四个现代化成果的纪念碑(建筑)来。在这种形势之下,既然知道用外资外材兴建的建筑是不得已的救急措施,就应该在造价上拚命节省人民的血汗钱。我所见过
Recently, it has been reported that China has already signed contracts with certain foreign companies to use foreign capital to build 30- to 50-storey high-rise buildings.
