本实验采用5MeV 电子和~(60)Coγ射线处理水稻干种子。通过回归、相关性分析表明:M_1成苗率与 M_2变异频率的关系无一定规律;M_1育性与 M_2变异频率的相关也不显著;但 M_1苗高与 M_2变异频率相关性显著;特别是 M_2苗期叶绿素突变频率与 M_2农艺性状变异频率呈正相关,依剂量回归的两个回归系数无显著差异,它们均循剂量同时增加。
In this experiment, 5MeV electrons and ~ (60) Coγ-rays were used to treat the dry seeds of rice. Through regression analysis, the correlation analysis showed that the relationship between M_1 seedling frequency and M_2 mutation frequency was not certain; the correlation between M_1 fertility and M_2 mutation frequency was not significant; but M_1 seedling height had a significant correlation with M_2 mutation frequency, especially M_2 The frequency of chlorophyll mutation at seedling stage was positively correlated with the variation frequency of M 2 agronomic traits. There was no significant difference between the two regression coefficients by dose regression.
