本文报道应用纤维结肠镜诊25断阑尾炎的体会。纤维结肠镜检查能直接发现阑尾口病变,并可采取组织病理检查,为诊断阑尾病变开拓新的方法。文中对回盲部阑尾口正常形态和异常病变作了描述和讨论。
This article reported the use of colonoscopy to diagnose 25 cases of appendicitis. Fiber colonoscopy can be found directly in the appendicular lesions, and can take pathological examinations to develop new methods for the diagnosis of appendix lesions. This article describes and discusses the normal and abnormal lesions in the ileocecal appendix.
