Although a large number of studies on the immune response caused by hepatitis B virus have not been fully understood, especially the role of macrophage function in hepatitis immunity is poorly understood. However, the phagocytosis of macrophages has begun to be valued in other viral diseases in recent years. To this end, we have made a preliminary observation of the phagocytosis of macrophages in various types of hepatitis patients over the past year, and the methods and results are summarized below.
