四川省秀山土家族苗族自治县卫生局对所属8所中心卫生院1991年的医院管理考核结果按照一级医院分级管理标准有关指标逐一进行对照比较,并按评审标准将结果处理成有序分组等级资料,应用 CPD 法进行了综合分析评价,其效果甚佳。CPD 分析法属于非参数统计分析方法中的一种,特别适合于等级资料的综合分析。笔者认为:在实施医院分级管理过程中,推广应用 CPD 法进行综合分析评价,能较全面、合理和实事求事地反映医院管理状况。该方法对每项指标的考评结果不需要进行加分或减分,可直接对各项指标的评审结果进行分析,最大限度地减少信息损失量,弥补了千分制评价的局限性。同时,有利于揭示医院管理中的薄弱环节,这对提高医疗质量,加强医院管理以及医院的“达标上等”和医院评审均具有重要的意义。
The health bureau of Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in Sichuan Province compared the results of the hospital management of the eight central hospitals in 1991 according to the relevant indicators of the graded hospital management standards, and processed the results into ordered grouping data according to the assessment criteria. The CPD method was used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation, and its effect was very good. The CPD analysis method is one of the non-parametric statistical analysis methods and is particularly suitable for comprehensive analysis of grade data. The author believes that in the process of implementing hospital-level management, the CPD method is widely used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation, which can reflect the status of hospital management in a more comprehensive, reasonable and fact-based manner. The method does not need to add points or reduce points for the evaluation results of each index. It can directly analyze the evaluation results of various indicators, minimize the amount of information loss, and make up for the limitations of the evaluation of the system. At the same time, it is helpful to reveal the weaknesses in hospital management, which is of great significance to improving the quality of medical treatment, strengthening hospital management, and hospitals’ “attainment standards” and hospital assessment.
