本文简介一个增益为55dB,瞬时带宽2GHz,带内平坦度优于3dB,噪声系数小于5dB,三阶截止点高于14dBm的晶体管放大器研制过程。该放大器已用于机载杂波干扰机中作为信道化接收机前端,性能良好可靠。
This article describes a transistor amplifier with a gain of 55dB, an instantaneous bandwidth of 2GHz, an in-band flatness of better than 3dB, a noise figure of less than 5dB and a third-order cutoff of more than 14dBm. This amplifier has been used as a channelized receiver front-end in airborne clutter jammers, with good performance and reliability.
