海底蕴藏着丰富的石油和天然气资源。据国际权威机构统计,全球海洋石油资源量约1350亿吨,探明储量约380亿吨;海洋天然气资源约140万亿立方米,探明储量约40万亿立方米。海洋石油资源量约占全球石油资源总量的34%,探明率30%左右。据预测,未来世界油气总储量的44%将来自海洋。海洋油气的勘探开发是陆地石油勘探开发的延续,经历了一个由浅水到深海、由简易到复杂的发展过程。中国海洋油气资源丰富,开发潜力巨大。海洋这块宝贵的“蓝色国土”资源,正在被更大程度地得到发掘和利用。
The sea floor is rich in oil and gas resources. According to the statistics of international authoritative agencies, the global offshore oil resources amount to about 135 billion tons and the proven reserves are about 38 billion tons. The marine natural gas resources are about 140 trillion cubic meters and the proven reserves are about 40 trillion cubic meters. Offshore oil resources account for about 34% of the total global oil resources, the detection rate of about 30%. It is predicted that in the future, 44% of the world’s total oil and gas reserves will come from the ocean. Exploration and development of offshore oil and gas are the continuation of onshore oil exploration and development and have undergone a process of development from simple to complex, from shallow water to deep sea. China is rich in marine oil and gas resources and has great potential for development. This precious “blue land” resource of the oceans is being explored and exploited to a greater extent.
