梳理分析了AP1000模块设计中存在的长度超过12m的长大管道模块,分析了长大模块吊装运输载荷的特点,通过计算求解吊装最大弯矩来确定吊点最佳位置,以实际管道模块参数为算例求得两对、三对、四对吊点时的最佳吊点位置及最大弯矩,从而研究吊点优化选择方法,解决长大模块吊点位置计算和优化选择问题。
The length of pipeline module with length more than 12m existed in the design of AP1000 module was analyzed and analyzed. The characteristics of hoisting traffic load of the module were analyzed. The maximum position of hoisting crane was calculated to determine the optimal position of hoisting point. The optimal lifting point position and the maximum bending moment of two pairs, three pairs and four pairs of lifting points are obtained by the example, so that the optimization selection method of lifting points is studied and the calculation and optimization of lifting point location of the long and large modules are solved.
