目的:建立萌生丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的当归、川芎、牡丹皮进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出当归、川芎、牡丹皮等药材;阿魏酸的含量在0.041 2~0.329 6μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.80%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,操作简便,可有效控制萌生丸的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of sprout pill. Methods: The Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong and Cortex Moutan were identified by TLC. The content of ferulic acid in the preparation was determined by HPLC. Results: Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong rhizome, Cortex Moutan and other herbs could be detected by TLC. The content of ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.041 2 ~ 0.329 6 μg (r = 0.999 9) The rate was 99.0% with RSD = 0.80% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is highly specific, sensitive, reproducible and easy to operate, which can effectively control the quality of sprouting pill.
