民用航空发动机部件在使用中不可避免的退化是导致发动机使用过程中整机性能衰减的最主要因素。压气机进气道因吸入大量气体,易发生积垢、腐蚀、侵蚀等,导致部件效率降低,最终影响发动机整机性能。压气机清洗作为业内广泛认可有效的发动机维护方式,已被列入常规的维护程序中。本文采用了支持向量机的方法判别压气机渐进退化状态,并给出是否进行压气机清洗维护的建议。
The inevitable degradation of civil aviation engine components during use is the most important factor that causes the overall performance degradation of the engine during use. The compressor inlet due to inhalation of a large number of gases, prone to fouling, corrosion, erosion, resulting in lower efficiency components, and ultimately affect the engine performance. Compressor cleaning, a widely accepted and effective method of engine maintenance in the industry, has been included in routine maintenance procedures. In this paper, the method of support vector machine is used to judge the progressively degraded state of the compressor and the suggestion of whether to carry out the compressor cleaning and maintenance is given.
