选择265例T2DM患者,分析血脂、血压、体重指数对NAFL的影响及MS与NAFL的相关关系。结果:与非NAFL患者相比,2型DM合并NAFL患者有更高的血脂紊乱、高血压、超重/肥胖的患病率(P=0.000-0.007)。NAFL与MS显著正相关(r=0.223,P=0.000)。调整了年龄、性别、DM病程之后,NAFL与MS主要成分的集聚显著正相关(OR=2.320,95%CI:1.696~3.173)。结论:对T2DM患者进行多因素的干预治疗,改善代谢综合征,有利于NAFL的防治。
265 patients with T2DM were selected to analyze the influence of blood lipids, blood pressure, body mass index on NAFL and the correlation between MS and NAFL. Results: Patients with type 2 DM and NAFL had a higher prevalence of dyslipidemia, hypertension, and overweight / obesity (P = 0.000-0.007) than non-NAFL patients. NAFL was significantly and positively correlated with MS (r = 0.223, P = 0.000). Adjusted for age, gender, and DM duration, there was a significant positive correlation between NAFL and the concentration of the major components of MS (OR = 2.320, 95% CI: 1.696-3.1733). Conclusion: The multifactorial treatment of T2DM patients to improve the metabolic syndrome is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of NAFL.
