研究了多刺绿绒蒿中生物碱的提取优化工艺。通过单因素及正交试验,研究了不同提取温度、提取时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数对总生物碱含量的影响并对总生物碱的抗氧化活性进行测定,与VC的抗氧化活性进行比较。结果表明,总生物碱的优化提取工艺因素为提取温度>提取时间>乙醇体积分数>液料比;优化工艺条件为A2B2C2D3,即提取温度70℃、提取时间1 h、液料比20︰1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数90%,总生物碱都具有较强的抗氧化活性,抗氧化活性强维生素C。
The extraction and optimization of alkaloids from Artemisia selengensis were studied. The effects of different extraction temperature, extraction time, liquid-to-solid ratio and ethanol volume fraction on total alkaloid content were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The antioxidant activity of total alkaloids was determined and the antioxidant activity of VC was studied Compare The results showed that the optimized extraction process of total alkaloids was extraction temperature> extraction time> ethanol volume fraction> liquid to material ratio. The optimal technological conditions were A2B2C2D3, extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 1 h, liquid ratio 20︰1 mL / g), ethanol volume fraction of 90%, total alkaloids have strong antioxidant activity, antioxidant activity of vitamin C.
