用放射免疫法测定了16名飞行员复杂特技飞行前后的血浆心钠素(ANF)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)以及血管紧张素II(ATII)含量,并以16名地勤人员作对照结果发现,飞行前空地勤人员血浆ANF、cGMP、cAMP及ATII含量均无明显差异(P>0.05).特技飞行后立即,飞行组血浆ANF、cGMP及cAMP明显增高,与对照组相比,差异十分显著(P<0.001),但血浆ATII水平未见明显变化(P>0.05).至特技飞行后6h,飞行组血浆ANF含量已恢复至正常(P>0.05),但cGMP及cAMP仍维持在较高水平,与对照组相比,差异仍较显著(P 0.05) .After flight, the levels of ANF, cGMP and cAMP in flight group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.001), but there was no significant change in plasma ATII level (P> 0.05) .At 6h after aerobatic flight, plasma ANF content in flight group returned to normal (P> 0.05), but cGMP And cAMP remained at a high level, compared with the control group, the difference was still significant (P <0.05) .The above results suggest that complex aerobatics can cause plasma ANF, cGMP and cAMP was significantly increased in these substances in Increased circulating blood levels may have adverse effects on hemodynamic changes in aerobatics.
