目的:研究彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法:选取某院收治的60例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,男性患者35例,女性患者25例。结果:超声检诊断出42例患者为良性甲状腺肿瘤,42例良性甲状腺肿瘤患者中的内部血流检出例数为30例,占比71.42%。18例恶性甲腺肿瘤患者中的周边检出例数为13例,占比72.22%,良性与恶性甲状腺肿瘤的周边和内部渗血差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤患者进行诊断,能够更为快速和正确的诊断出患者的甲状腺肿瘤情况,判断甲状腺肿瘤的良恶性情况,为患者疾病的治疗提供宝贵的建议,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective: To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid neoplasms. Methods: A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer treated in a hospital were selected as the study subjects. There were 35 male patients and 25 female patients. RESULTS: Forty-two patients were diagnosed as benign thyroid tumors by ultrasound examination. Among the 42 patients with benign thyroid tumors, 30 were found to have internal blood flow, accounting for 71.42%. The number of peripheral detections in 18 cases of malignant thyroid tumors was 13 cases, accounting for 72.22%. There was a statistically significant difference in the peripheral and internal bleeding between benign and malignant thyroid tumors (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer patients can diagnose thyroid tumors more quickly and correctly, determine the benign and malignant conditions of thyroid tumors, and provide valuable suggestions for the treatment of patients with diseases. The clinical application value.
