为了社会的进步,为了造就跨世纪的合格人才,重视素质教育已成为教育界同仁的共识。在特定的顺利和受宠环境中成长起来的学生,心理素质普遍脆弱,他们是进亦忧,退亦忧,抗挫能力较差。而绝大多数的后进生,由于非智力因素较差,受挫机会更多,尤其是当挫折的相对强度较大或较长时,他们就心灰意懒,自卑、失望,有的甚至走上绝路。青浦教改的主要目的,就是让所有的孩子都健康地成长。我们试图通过对丁××这个后进生特例的剖析,推论出具有一般意义的认识——加强心理承受能力的培养是转变后进生的关键。
In order to social progress, in order to create qualified personnel across the century, attention to quality education has become the consensus of colleagues in education. Students who grew up in a particular smooth and favored environment were generally vulnerable in psychological quality. We try to deduce the common sense by analyzing the special case of Dingxian, which is the key to the change of post-graduation ability.
