本文报导的250×φ2毫米(内径)高效反相液相色谱柱具有柱效高、溶剂省、样品用量小的特点。文中主要讨论了柱效随保留值的变化关系,考察了H~u曲线和快速指标n/t~0,,并测定了柱负荷。实验表明:对所选芳烃样品,柱效随k′变化率β=1.03,在高线速下有较高柱效,n/t~0_r可以接近200塔板/秒,对苯的θ_(0.1)=218微克/克。并给出了难分离复杂混合物的部分应用实例。
This paper reports the 250 × φ2 mm (ID) high performance reversed-phase liquid chromatography column with high efficiency, solvent province, the amount of sample is small. In this paper, the relationship between the column efficiency and the retention value is mainly discussed. The H ~ u curve and the fast index n / t ~ 0 are investigated and the column load is measured. The experimental results show that the column efficiencies of the selected aromatics are β = 1.03 for k ’, with high efficiency at high linear velocities. The n / t ~ 0_r can be close to 200 plates / 218 μg / g. Some examples of applications where complex mixtures are difficult to separate are given.
