十年前,随着工业园区的快速发展,江西省宜春市奉新县部分纺织企业开始遭遇“用工难”。此后,逐渐向其他行业蔓延。到2008年,“用工难”演变为“用工荒”。一边是近4万多富余劳动力需要转移,一边是每年新增6000多岗位的用工缺口,巨大的压力横亘在县劳动就业部门的面前。直到最近这三年,在奉新县工业园区,喊“用工难”的企业越来越少,到2012年底,这样的呼声几乎销声匿迹。
Ten years ago, with the rapid development of industrial parks, some textile enterprises in Fengxin County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province began to encounter “hard-working ”. Since then, it has gradually spread to other industries. By 2008, “hard work ” evolved into “labor shortage ”. On the one hand, nearly 40,000 surplus laborers need to be transferred while on the one hand there is a shortage of more than 6,000 jobs each year. The enormous pressure lies in front of the county labor and employment department. Until recently, in the Fengxin Industrial Park, there have been fewer and fewer enterprises calling for “hard work”. By the end of 2012, such voices almost disappeared.
