和降冲剂主要由柴胡、枳实、虎杖、芦荟等组成。主要用于治疗胆胃同病、湿热内蕴、浊邪上泛所致的胆瘅,对胃脘烧灼、两胁痛、口苦、呕苦、泛酸、食欲不振等症均有显著改善作用。本项研究目的是观察该方对动物胃肠推进活动等胃肠动力学指标的影响,试图阐明和降冲剂和胃降逆功效
The granules are mainly composed of Bupleurum, Citrus aurantium, Polygonum cuspidatum and Aloe vera. It is mainly used for the treatment of cholestasis caused by common diseases of gallbladder and stomach, damp heat intrinsic, and muddy turbulence. It has significant improvement effect on stomach burning, two hypochondriac pain, mouth bitterness, vomiting, pantothenic acid, and loss of appetite embolism. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of this prescription on gastrointestinal propulsion activity and other gastrointestinal motility parameters in an attempt to elucidate the effects of vasodilators and gastric regurgitation.
