原子吸收光谱法测定锂、较化学分析法简易、快速。本文采用自己改装的原子吸收分光光度计测定水中微量锂进行了有关条件实验,实验结果表明,提高Li的灵敏度的关键为:①采用较宽的狭缝宽度;②火焰吸收位置靠近喷灯火焰口的还原焰中心;③提高光电倍增管的高压。在满足并适当选择上述三条件时,灵敏度可达到0.0002 ppm。在样品中加入铝盐可抑制碱土金属的干扰,消除碱金属的增感作用,经过大批样品的分析。质量符合要求。
Determination of lithium by atomic absorption spectrometry, compared with chemical analysis method is simple and fast. The experimental results show that the key to improve the sensitivity of Li: ① wide slit width; ② flame absorption position near the flame burner mouth Restore flame center; ③ improve the high voltage photomultiplier tube. Sensitivity can reach 0.0002 ppm when the above three conditions are satisfied and properly selected. Adding aluminum salts in the sample can inhibit the interference of alkaline earth metals, eliminating the sensitization of alkali metals, after a large number of sample analysis. Quality meets the requirements.
