采用同向旋转双螺杆挤出机制备了聚乳酸/有机改性蒙脱土(PLA/OMMT)体系;通过差示扫描量热和偏光显微镜研究了不同含量的OMMT对PLA结晶形态和结晶行为的影响。结果表明:纯PLA结晶时间接近30 min;加入OMMT后能够明显提高结晶速率,改善球晶尺寸分布。但是OMMT的加入量存在阈值,超过3%时,反而会使体系的成核速率以及结晶速率下降,球晶尺寸分布开始变宽,而且整个体系的结晶度也会降低。
PLA / OMMT was prepared by co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The effects of different contents of OMMT on the crystallization morphology and crystallization behavior of PLA were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing microscope influences. The results showed that the crystallization time of pure PLA was close to 30 min. The addition of OMMT could obviously increase the crystallization rate and improve the spherulite size distribution. However, there is a threshold for the addition of OMMT. When it exceeds 3%, the nucleation rate and crystallization rate of the system decrease, the spherulite size distribution begins to broaden, and the crystallinity of the whole system also decreases.
