影响二通插装阀(2/2CV)系统性能的主要因素是它的开启和关闭时间特性。本文中作者提出了几个新的思路和本领域研究的最新结果。用快速仿真的办法使仿真时间从常规的3小时减少到一刻钟以内。试验中采用了CAT技术,检测了位移、压力和流量六个信号,实现了动态时域信号的测量。从二百多条试验和仿真结果中获得了阀的结构参数和工作参数对开关时间的作用规律。所有结论对工程有一定的实用价值。
The main factor that affects the system performance of the 2-way cartridge valve (2 / 2CV) is its on and off time characteristics. In this paper, the authors put forward several new ideas and the latest research results in the field. Use fast simulation to reduce simulation time from a typical 3 hours to a quarter of a second. CAT technology was used in the experiment to detect six signals of displacement, pressure and flow, and to realize the measurement of dynamic time-domain signal. From the more than two hundred experiments and simulation results, the structural parameters of the valve and operating parameters on the switching time of the law. All conclusions have some practical value to the project.
