本文从PLC的应用出发,应用三菱FX2N系列PLC控制三个病房病床紧急呼叫按钮的响应。通过设计的控制要求,主要从I/O分配点的绘制、PLC机型的选用、PLC硬件原理接线图、系统软件流程图、指令语句程序的设计以及模拟仿真并运行调试等方面进行详细的阐述,提出一种以PLC为核心的智能化病床紧急呼叫系统。全面建立起用PLC解决一个实际问题的全过程的概念。本系统可以实现对医院病房的智能化管理,可实现呼叫、求救报警、显示等功能。
