以北京市农科院营养资源研究所引进成功的两种美国红栌及其当地的普通黄栌为材料 ,研究了两种美国红栌光合作用及其蒸腾作用季节性变化。并以普通黄栌为对照 ,在不同季节测定了它们的光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率。结果表明 ,三种黄栌的生理指标都有季节性的变化 ,在自然条件下 ,供试树种的光合速率季节变化、蒸腾速率季节变化及水分利用效率的季节变化均呈单峰曲线。光合速率在 6~ 7月为最高 ,蒸腾速率在 8月份达到最大值 ,水分利用效率 5月份达到最大值。美国红栌的光合速率、水分利用效率在各季节都大于普通黄栌 ;而蒸腾速率在干旱季节低于普通黄栌 ,说明两种美国红栌的抗旱性大于普通黄栌 ,在秋季 ,美国红栌叶片对低温的敏感性低于普通黄栌 ,保持叶片完整时期长于普通黄栌 ,观赏时间除增加了春夏两季外 ,秋季也比普通黄栌延长 5~ 7天。观赏效果也优于普通黄栌。
Based on the successful introduction of two kinds of American red raisins and their local common razor clams from Institute of Nutritional Resources, Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the seasonal changes of photosynthesis and transpiration of two kinds of American razor clams were studied. The photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency were measured in different seasons. The results showed that the physiological indices of three species had seasonal changes. Under natural conditions, the seasonal changes of photosynthetic rate, the seasonal changes of transpiration rate and the seasonal variations of water use efficiency showed a single peak curve. The photosynthetic rate was the highest from June to July, the transpiration rate reached the maximum in August, and the water use efficiency reached the maximum in May. The photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of American red mulberry were greater than those of common mulberry in all seasons. The transpiration rate was lower than common mulberry in the dry season, indicating that the drought resistance of the two mulberry varieties was greater than that of common mulberry. In autumn, The sensitivity of low temperature is lower than that of common yellow catfish, keeping the leaf longer than the common cattail during the intact leaf period. In addition to the spring and summer season, the autumn is 5 to 7 days longer than the common cattail. Ornamental effect is also superior to ordinary Huangpi.
