为了解基因芯片技术在各种缺血性脑损伤研究中的应用现状,探讨其应用价值及前景,通过检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、CNKI、维普等相关中英文数据库,查阅关于基因芯片技术在各种缺血性脑损伤中应用的相关文献并进行整理分析。文献资料表明基因芯片技术在包括全脑缺血、局灶性脑缺血及缺氧缺血等脑损伤研究的运用中,发现了许多脑损伤后的差异表达基因,其中包括损伤病理机制中的重要调节基因及具有神经保护作用的新基因等。证实基因芯片技术在缺血性脑损伤研究中具有巨大的应用价值。
