随着军队现代化建设和军事斗争准备工作的不断深入,第二炮兵工程大学(以下简称“我校”)的任职教育面临新的需求和挑战。如何提高接受任职教育的基层干部的岗位任职能力和创新能力,进一步增强为二炮人才队伍建设与发展作贡献的能力,成为我校任职教育教学面临的一项重要课题。本文在分析任职教育特点的基础上,分析了当前任职教育师资队伍现状,并就任职教育师资队伍建设提出看法。
With the deepening of military modernization and preparations for military struggle, the post-secondary education of the Second Artillery Engineering University (hereinafter referred to as “My School”) is facing new needs and challenges. How to improve the post-holding ability and innovative ability of grass-roots cadres receiving education while continuing to work and further enhance their ability to contribute to the construction and development of the Second Artillery Corps of competent personnel have become an important issue facing the teaching of in-service education in our university. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of office education, this paper analyzes the current status of teaching staff in serving education and puts forward some opinions on the construction of teaching staff in office.
