目的:了解促动力药物红霉素对2型糖尿患者餐后血糖和胰岛素水平的影响。方法:12例2型糖尿病患者在2天内进食前分别给予安慰剂或200mg红霉素,连续测定患者进食后4小时内的血糖和胰岛素水平。结果:进食后第1小时,红霉素组餐后血糖水平显著高于安慰剂组(P<0.05);红霉素组餐后胰岛素平均峰值(144±28mU/L),显著高于安慰剂组(96±13mU/L)(P<0.05)。结论:促动力药物红霉素可能增加2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖水平和胰岛素水平,血糖升高水平和胰岛素水平的不一致可能影响患者的血糖水平,从而影响2型糖尿患者餐后血糖的控制。
Objective: To understand the effects of erythromycin, an active drug, on postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Twelve patients with type 2 diabetes were given placebo or 200 mg of erythromycin before feeding within 2 days. Blood glucose and insulin levels were measured within 4 hours after eating. Results: The postprandial blood glucose level in erythromycin group was significantly higher than that in placebo group (P <0.05) at 1 hour after ingestion. The peak mean postprandial insulin level in erythromycin group was significantly higher than that of placebo group (144 ± 28mU / L) Group (96 ± 13 mU / L) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Etimicrobial erythromycin may increase postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Inconsistency between blood glucose levels and insulin levels may affect the blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes, thereby affecting postprandial blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes.
