第一章 总则 第一条 为充分调动水利单位与广大职工的积极性、创造性,提高工作效率,促进水利事业发展,根据国家有关规定,结合水利行业的实际情况,特制定本办法。 第二条 水利单位与职工必须坚持党的基本路线,遵守国家的政策、法律、法令,遵守职业道德和各项规章制度,团结协作,搞好精神文明和物质文明建设,努力完成各项水利工作和任务。
