经济高速发展和城市化进程的加快,带来了一系列环境问题.环境污染问题投诉量大、涉及面广,已影响到经济和社会的可持续发展,引发了一系列社会安定问题[1].WHO提出通过提高人的认识,动员市民、政府和社会机构合作,以此形成有效的环境支持和健康服务,从而改善城市的人居环境和市民的健康状况[2].
