我国企业的发展关键依然落在企业战略与人力资源管理的契合上,人力资源的战略性研究成为一个契合性。企业管理与实践工作中,人力资源管理占据重要的位置,主要是通过招聘、甄选、培训以及报酬等多种管理形式,有效运用人力资源,符合未来发展的需要。本文主要探究新形势下,企业战略与人力资源管理契合的作用价值,并深入探究契合的有效策略,进而为企业单位的发展提供借鉴以及参考。
The key to the development of Chinese enterprises still falls on the business strategy and human resources management fit, the strategic study of human resources has become a fit. In the process of enterprise management and practice, human resources management occupies an important position mainly through effective management of human resources through various management forms such as recruitment, selection, training and remuneration in line with the needs of future development. This paper mainly explores the value of the fit between corporate strategy and human resource management under the new situation and explores the effective strategies to meet them in order to provide reference and references for the development of enterprises.
