在我国经济发展进入新常态的背景下,深化体制改革转变政府职能是当前一项重要任务。在行政管理事项中使用信用信息产品,对推进社会治理创新,提升行政管理效率可发挥积极的核心作用。本文以福建省龙岩市为例,分析近年来使用信用信息产品推进社会治理创新的主要成效及问题,提出构建“政府主导,部门协作,社会广泛参与”的推进模式,以及进一步完善相关法律法规、加快建设统一信用信息平台,促进信用信息互联互通的政策建议。
In the context of China’s economic development entering a new normal, deepening the reform of the system of government functions is an important task for the moment. The use of credit information products in matters of administrative management plays an active and central role in promoting social governance innovation and enhancing the efficiency of administrative management. This article takes Longyan City, Fujian Province as an example to analyze the main achievements and problems of using credit information products to promote social governance innovation in recent years, and puts forward the mode of promoting “government-led, departmental cooperation and extensive participation of society” and further perfecting relevant laws Regulations, speed up the construction of a unified credit information platform, and promote the credit information interoperability policy recommendations.
