目的:探寻治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效方法。方法:选择冠心病心绞痛患者86例,随机分为两组,治疗组43例,采用心痛舒胶囊(将处方中药物选择合适溶剂提取,回收溶剂,浸膏加辅料制成胶囊剂),与对照组43例采用西药扩冠、抗血小板药物对症处理进行疗效观察并进行对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率86.05%,对照组总有效率为60.47%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:心痛舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,且服用方便,是临床值得推广的有效制剂。
Objective: To explore an effective method for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: 86 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group included 43 patients. The Xintongshu capsule was used (the drug in the prescription was selected as an appropriate solvent, the solvent was recovered, and the extract and auxiliary materials were used as capsules). In the group of 43 cases, western medicines were used for crown expansion and antiplatelet drugs for symptomatic treatment to observe the efficacy and conduct comparative analysis. Results: The total effective rate was 86.05% in the treatment group and 60.47% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xintongshu capsule is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and it is convenient to take. It is an effective preparation worthy of promotion in clinic.
