果树病毒病害的防治是果园病虫害综合防治的内容之一。采用无病毒材料从事苹果栽培是防除病毒病害的根本途径。在欧洲多数果树生产发达国,生产无病毒苗木,一般先采用热处理的方法获得无病毒材料,经检测确认无毒后,正式列入繁殖计划。热处理脱毒作为常规手段用于实践,却很少见有关热处理过程中植株反应及操作技术环节的报导。为了掌握苹果品种热处理脱除病毒的技术细节,1992年1月至5月,在联邦德国果树植保研究所(位于多森海姆)进行了本试验。
Prevention and control of fruit tree virus diseases is one of the elements of comprehensive prevention and control of orchards and pests. The use of virus-free materials in apple cultivation is the fundamental way to control viral diseases. Most of the fruit trees in developed countries in Europe, the production of virus-free seedlings, the general use of heat treatment methods to obtain virus-free material, the test confirmed non-toxic, the formal inclusion of breeding programs. Heat treatment detoxification as a conventional means used in practice, but very few on the heat treatment plant reaction and operation of technical aspects of the report. In order to grasp the technical details of the heat treatment of apple varieties for virus removal, this experiment was conducted from January to May 1992 at the Federal Institute of Fruit Protection and Plant Protection in the Federal Republic of Germany (in Dosenheim).
