目的探索卡铂缓释微球瘤内注射治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的最适剂量。方法通过开腹瘤块包埋法建立兔肝VX2肿瘤模型,将荷瘤兔随机分为A、B、C、D、E五个治疗组和注射用大豆油阴性对照组。观察治疗后第14 d肿瘤体积变化情况和血常规变化情况。结果卡铂缓释微球治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的效果随剂量增加而增加,而各剂量组之间毒性反应未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论最高剂量组(E组)抑瘤作用最明显,无明显的毒副作用,可作为治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的最适剂量。
Objective To explore the optimal dose of carboplatin sustained-release microsphere intratumoral injection for the treatment of rabbit VX2 liver tumors. Methods Rabbit liver VX2 tumor model was established by laparotomy. The tumor-bearing rabbits were randomly divided into five treatment groups (A, B, C, D, E) and a negative control group for injection of soybean oil. The changes of tumor volume and blood routine on the 14th day after treatment were observed. Results The efficacy of carboplatin sustained-release microspheres in treatment of rabbit VX2 liver tumors increased with dose, but there was no significant difference in toxicity between each dose group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The highest dose group (group E) has the most obvious antitumor effect and no obvious side effects. It can be used as the optimal dose for treating VX2 liver tumors in rabbits.
