在已有的激光散斑检测设备的基础上,结合某型飞机的修理手册中的相关规定,开发了针对该型飞机复合材料激光散斑的损伤检测评估系统。该系统在分析复合材料损伤在激光散斑图像特点的基础上,采用图像处理中边缘检测、椭圆拟合等算法,计算出损伤部位进行了定量分析,生成损伤评估报告。系统在QT平台上开发完成,界面友好,操作便捷,经测试能有效的提高了该型飞机的激光散斑损伤检测评估速度。
On the basis of the existing laser speckle detection equipment, combined with the relevant provisions in the repair manual of a certain type of aircraft, a damage detection and evaluation system for the laser speckle of the aircraft composite is developed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of laser speckle images, the system uses the edge detection, ellipse fitting and other algorithms in image processing to calculate the damage site for quantitative analysis and generate the damage assessment report. The system is developed on the QT platform, the interface is friendly and the operation is convenient. The test can effectively improve the laser speckle damage detection and evaluation speed of the aircraft.
