在高职院校“诊改”制度中,教师应该扮演好教学改革的协商者、教育产品的精益生产者、教学信息的研判者、教学质量的持续改进者和学校质量文化的建设者等五种角色,并形成以“学校质量文化的建设者”为核心的角色丛。高职院校应通过强化质量教育、建立质量共同体、实现“以质量定绩效”、提倡“享受工作的管理哲学”等措施激励教师进行角色转换。
