企业文化是20世纪80年代作为一种先进的管理经验引入到我国的,它在市场竞争日益激烈的今天对员工和企业业绩产生了巨大的作用。任何企业都有企业文化,然而只由优秀的企业文化才能促成优秀企业的形成和发展,优秀的企业也必定有自己优秀的企业文化。因此,我国的企业必须在认识到企业文化对企业核心竞争力形成的重大作用基础上,全面了解企业文化内涵,打造出具有特色的优秀的企业文化。
Corporate culture was introduced into our country as an advanced management experience in the 1980s. It has played an enormous role in the performance of employees and enterprises in an increasingly competitive market. Any enterprise has a corporate culture, but only by the excellent corporate culture to promote the formation and development of outstanding enterprises, outstanding enterprises must have their own excellent corporate culture. Therefore, our country’s enterprises must fully understand the connotation of corporate culture and create a distinctive and outstanding corporate culture on the basis of recognizing the important role that corporate culture plays in the formation of their core competitiveness.
