对厦门港浮游植物优势种聚生角毛藻(Chaetoceros socialis)采用~(14)C同位素示踪和显微镜细胞计数对照比较,研究了不同浓度的磷酸盐对海藻生长的影响,分析了聚生角毛藻生长过程中各种形态磷的相互转化。不同氮磷比值对藻类生长影响的实验表明:N/P比值在4-30范围内光合作用速率较高,最佳N/P为16:1。
The dominant phytoplankton species of Chaetoceros socialis in Xiamen Harbor were analyzed by ~ (14) C isotope tracing and microscope cytometry. The effects of different concentrations of phosphate on the growth of seaweed were studied. Mutation of various forms of phosphorus during the growth of algae. Experiments on the effects of different N / P ratio on the growth of algae showed that the N / P ratio was higher in the range of 4-30 and the best N / P ratio was 16: 1.
