在经济快速发展的形势下,我国正处于社会转型的重要时期。经济体制改革以及政府职能的转变,带来的社会转型使得社会组织开始参与到社会治理中,为政府治理社会提供了全新的方式和途径。但社会组织在我国社会治理中发挥的作用依然有限,未能取得预期效果。因此,采取有效措施,强化社会组织在社会治理中的作用和功能,推动社会组织参与社会治理成为必要措施。本文结合社会组织参与社会治理的意义,分析了在实际参与中存在的阻碍,并对社会组织参与社会治理的有效措施进行了讨论和阐述。
In the situation of rapid economic development, our country is in an important period of social transformation. The transformation of the economic system and the transformation of government functions have brought about the social transformation that has led social organizations to start participating in social governance and provide new ways and means for the government to govern the society. However, the role played by social organizations in our social governance is still limited and the desired effect has not been achieved. Therefore, taking effective measures to strengthen the role and function of social organizations in social governance and promoting the participation of social organizations in social governance are necessary measures. Based on the significance of social organizations’ participation in social governance, this paper analyzes the obstacles existing in the actual participation and discusses and expounds the effective measures for social organizations to participate in social governance.
