The anti-monopoly of the United States is highly selective and does not sacrifice the overall interest of the United States in pursuit of the purity of social values or values. After nearly a decade of repeated investigations and debates, in early April, the U.S. Federal Court ruled that Microsoft Corp. had a monopoly. On April 28th, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a plan for Microsoft to split the company into two separate companies, each operating a computer operating system and application software (which may eventually be split into three). To break its monopoly; limit its monopoly operations. The move was public and the parties reacted strongly: industry analysts believe that this will “break the power of the current high-tech industry.”
