时光回溯到六年前,被称为“头雁工程”的中国会计领军人才工程在2005年9月1日正式启动。六年过去了,这项具有鲜明时代特色、中国特色的人才工程取得了丰硕成果。截至2010年底,全国会计领军人才共招收730名。其中53人的职务得到较大提升,41人晋升为教授或博导,30人晋升为会计师事务所合伙人;数十人获得国家级人才计划支持或者获得国家级荣誉称号,发表研究报告和学术论文800余篇,被权威媒体引用次数超过千次,承担各类国家和部级科研课题400多项。
