随着经济全球化时代的到来,中国经济在短期内飞速发展取得了巨大进步。市场经济体制下,国内商务贸易业务往来频繁,商务酒店的需求量越来越大。加之人们的对生活品质的追求越来越高,旅游业近几年的阔步向前,极大的带动其支柱产业酒店行业的发展。应旅游业的发展和商务办公等方面的需求,经济型酒店的市场需求量越来越大。越来越多的品牌连锁型酒店数量激增。如家酒店搭上了经济连锁酒店发展的顺丰车,飞速发展并一跃成为酒店行业市场的领头羊。然而在经济型酒店建设由于起步较晚,酒店在连锁规模数量上水平仍然较低,再加之对市场消费人群定位的没有前瞻性,因此在激烈的行业竞争中,如家连锁酒店一直处于戒备状态。并且越来越多酒店已经意识到品牌所蕴藏的商业价值。部分酒店已经开始着手酒店品牌的发展与推广。本文就如家酒店管理中存在的诸多问题进行分析并提出了相应的解决对策。
