根据毒重石钡矿的结构特点和热解特性 ,基于单界面缩核模型建立了毒重石钡矿分解过程的缩核模型 ,并利用所建模型进行数值解析 ,计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。模型结果表明 :毒重石钡矿分解反应可用缩核模型描述 ,反应过程存在控制区的转移 ;温度对控制区的转移速率影响显著 ,是影响毒重石钡矿分解的主要因素
According to the structural characteristics and pyrolysis characteristics of witherite, a model of nucleation of the decomposition process of witherite was established based on the single-interface model and the numerical simulation was carried out by using the model. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results of the model show that the decomposition reaction of wokite can be described by the nucleation model and the transfer of the control zone exists in the reaction process. The temperature has a significant effect on the transfer rate of the control zone, which is the main factor affecting the decomposition of wokite.
